ヘッドライナーとしてRage Against The Machine、Travis Scott、Frank Oceanの名前が挙がっている。こちらの3名は以前から出演が噂されていたが、今回初めて正式に発表された。
ヒップホップのアーティストとしては、Lil Uzi Vert、Megan Thee Stallion、21 Savage、Dababy、Big Sean、Lil Nas X、Denzel Curry、J.I.D、Brockhamptonなどの出演も決定している。
